|
1) The Session is organized with ordained elders and its pastors who perform their duties in a local church with more than 30 baptized members and can be assembled more than once a year.
2) The Presbytery can be organized with more than 30 pastors, more than 30 sessions and 3000 baptized members in a certain region. It consists of pastors who belong to the Presbytery and delegate elders who are sent from each session.
3) The General Assembly is organized with 1500 pastors and elders as representatives of all the Presbyteries and holds its regular meeting annually. |

The Session is in charge of the worship services, overseas church members and their behavior and takes charge of Baptisms and Holy Communion. It appoints the ordained Elders, senior Deaconess(Kwonsa) and deaconess. It selects the elders to participate in the meetings of its Presbytery. |

1) The Presbytery selects candidates for ministry and sends the individuals for training to the PCK's theological seminaries and continuously manage and guide the candidates.
2) The Presbytery should train elders within the local churches and administers the ordinance examination for elders. It also provides training for staff members of local churches as well as Sunday School teachers , youths and lay leaders.
3) The Presbytery selects missionaries and sends them for training through the PCK's Missionary Training Curriculum. It also provides continuous support in cooperation with the General Assembly and has jurisdiction over the activities of missionary work.
4) The Presbytery is responsible for implementing policies decided at the General Assembly level, and for expanding special mission activities to further the evangelization of the respective regions as evangelical communities.
5) The Presbytery as the center of the local community for social service and ministry should take the leadership position in constructing a network of cooperation and managing the social ministry activities in its respective regions.
6) The Presbytery should follow the General Assembly policies and must enhance the inter-cooperation and relationship with other Presbyteries and with the Presbyteries of partner denominations around the world. |

1) The General Assembly performs basic duties such as establishing the orientation of the church's faith and theology; determining policy for theological education and Christian education ; publishing various printed materials; determining and revising the doctrine, the constitution, regulations and various liturgies; establishing long and short term plans and policies for evangelization and mission.
2) The General Assembly internally plans and performs church policies in order for individual presbyteries and their churches to fulfill duties such as worship services, mission work, educations and services.
3) The General Assembly conducts research on Christian alternatives, and work in cooperation with the various organizations, denominations, individual presbyteries, committees, departments and affiliated institutions in order to provide a speedy and accurate response to the social and national needs.
4) The General Assembly internally perform its duties based on its ecumenical spirit in cooperation with individual Presbyteries, standing committees and departments and affiliated institutions. Externally, it works in cooperation with domestic and international affiliated institutions, ecumenical bodies and other denominations. |
