1) It is responsible for developing and planning policies about overseas mission such as collecting materials from each Mission field and screening and sending out missionaries.

2) It is responsible for sponsoring missionaries who are sent overseas, doing personnel and other administration tasks and developing programs for the welfare of missionaries oversees. It also overseas the work of developing human and material resources.

3) It is responsible for training missionary, collecting information and developing materials that are needed for mission education. It deals with the work related to missionary education such as the ongoing education of missionaries and their children.
