It's the office which directly assists the business of General Secretary and consists of the Secretary's Office, the Office of Finance & Accounting, the Team of Communications & Publicity and the Documents Center.

1) The Secretary's Office takes care of secretarial work and the movement of the president and the director. It is also responsible for preparing the General Assembly officers’ meeting.

2) The Office of Finance & Accounting is responsible for the finances of the General Assembly such as making a budget and audit, execution and estimation of the budget, taking care of financial policies, developing resources and administrative audit.

3) The Team of Communications & Publicity takes charge of the denomination's homepage and computerized information, developing policy for press publicity.

4) The Documents Center takes care of all the documents of the General Assembly and of supporting business to the departments if needed.
